At Kalanzo, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
14-Day Return Policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you would like a different size, color, or style, please contact our support team. Depending on product availability, we will assist you with an exchange or provide store credit.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 6 hours of being placed. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
If your order has already shipped, it must be returned according to our return policy before a refund can be issued.
Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items marked as non-returnable
- Personalized or custom-made products
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem at no additional cost to you.
